have been up here for 4 days already and still no booking make only listen a very lame phone call here it goes

Me:evening Five stars

Weird Customer:hi five stars right

Me:Yes

Weird Customer: can i have the package for penang and lagkawi

Me:you want lagkawi or penang right

Weird Customer: no no lagkawi and penang

Me:we do not have the package for lagkawi and penang

Weird Customer: oh then can you give me the price for penang by flight

Me:ok the price will be 484

Weird Customer:Wah how come so expensive

Me:ok sir you see here i can sell you the air ticket for one way it will be 235 if you want the hotel it will be the air ticket Minus the land tour

Weird Customer:ok today your news paper Straits Time Classified Ad C20 it says here Beach Hotel For 180 is 3D2N F & E

Me:Ok i am looking at it ya it is 180 i do not think we have this price sir you give me a moment i ask my colleagues (i called Danni and ask him do we have the package for 180 only then he says yes then i do not know)

Me:arh sir can i call you back later around 5-10min time

Weird Customer:ok can arh may i know who is on the line??

then i go and look for danni then he show me the 180 price list it is for coach only not for air flight air flight is more expensive then the coach one, so i called back the customer and tell him the price

Me:hello Mr Tan (customer Name) the package you see in the newspaper it is only coach only not flight

Weird Customer:OH is it then do you still have available

Me:yes there is still available seats for the coach

Weird Customer:ok then tomorrow morning i come find you i just ask your name can already right

Me:yes i will be upstair 3rd floor so yeah

Weird Customer:Ok then i tomorrow come and find you

Me: sorry i will be working downstairs the five stars

Weird Customer:ok then i find you tomorrow see you tomorrow then karnex

Me:ok sir see you tomorrow bye

haiz i have been up here since monday and i really feel very bored up here no booking has been made at all and i feel very sad that i am not downstairs doing walk in customer but i really hopping that next week i am able to go down but anyway if i cannot go down then never mind so i just gonna stuck here till my attachment finish then it is really like sucks man i have to stay up and listen phone call till i end my attachment and it gonna be very SIAN!!!!! how hopping next week i can go down and do some booking it is really bored up here!!!!

CRAP SIA BOSS Gary really not happy with my performance so he put me upstairs the whole month of my attachment and i really dislike upstairs lor it is so boring upstairs. when it is totally boring up there and some more upstairs you really cannot do booking throught phone when it is really hard i reall don't know what to say already mood now is feeling sad and down wish i could just fail this course so that i can repeat :(

Today nothing much to blog about today when for makeup cell group with Howe ,Jonathan Fong and Juswin well for the cell group meeting i tell people my testimony telling them how good have God help me in my work place i was like telling them that i have not been doing well in my workplace so i face alot of ups and Downs and i pray to God seeking for his help and God did help me and really now i need to pray more to God and seek for his help anyway after cell group meeting we 4 took a bus down to tampanies mall to have our lunch we was fellow shipping at long john sliver because jon want to support his company LOL then actually since we when to tampanies mall then why not go to century square to meet my classmate Khornee since she is working there see how she is doing there.

Anyway in the bus i keep asking Jonathan Fong PSP to play because i was bored and some more i haven get my psp yet i still waiting for my next month pay then get the psp slim.

For 390 with a 4GB memory card the with a 4 games free that is like cool lor i cannot wait for my nov pay then i buy my psp slim then can vs Jonathan Fong in a one on one soccer match. I can tell i no match with Jonathan Fong in soccer. Oh ya forgot E457 sean ask me to play with him soccer at cage near kallange indoor Stadium there so next time i can play together with them and some more i did not know Sean was in a soccer acedemy i also want to join soccer acedemy when i have the money la LOL, anyway Jonathan Fong have really change alot then before anyway also forgot to mention we go play at E-Zone the arcard to play air hockey when me and Jon Fong was one team then Howe and Juswin another team me and Jon Fong Beat Howe Team 9-8
2nd round we beat him again 14-10 LOL that is like what the hack won them so much anyway then also played the table soccer when me and juswin a team and Jon Fong and Howe another team for the table soccer we lost to Howe teams.

Today service is really good and especially the drama it was really good and today Pastor Tan preach a really good message and show us a video clip of how they renovate the school in china i really missing out alot of fun today i c everyone have a new style candice wearing bracese and Isabel aving a new hair cut i now found out i really miss my cellgroup alot haiz i only wish i friday and saturday off so that i can go for cell group meetin and some more youth united challange is near and some more i need to take off for thoses days because it wll involed me because i will be playing soccer and trying to ask my frend for talent time so that they can perform. i pledgging for 4 friends in total gonna pray hard so that thoses friend i want to invite will come.

Did not blog yesterday because i was dead beat after having supper with my colleague then some more my mom is like keep calling me on my mobile pone is like really irritating always have to call me to check where am i haiz have to miss cellgroup for this few months, because i have to work and always go for makeup cell group i really kind of miss my own cell group meeting always keep thinking what type of activities they will have before the cell group start. Haiz today have to change my customer booking to a two way coach actually i make a booking from him going to KL with a package but in the end the hotel is fully booked so no choice have to call the customer and tell them that the hotel is fully booked so ask him to change hotel here how it goes.

Customer:yes

Me:your hotel i helped you book is full

Customer:arh fully booked can you try other hotel because i do not have time to stay in Singapore

Me:arh ok i help you check then i call you back

Customer:ok
so i go and call all the hotel and try to ask them is there any vacancies when they tell me that the hotel is fully booked then i was like what. then i have to call back the customer

Me:hello Mr Ying i have help you check already there is totally no more spaces in all Kl hotel so i can either do a full refund to you

Customer:you sure all the hotel in kl is fully booked or the hotel thaty u gave me is full

Me:i am sorry i have called all the hotel and it is really totally full

Customer:nvm i just want the coach ticket to kl can already then u refund me back tomorrow
then i jus tell the customer i call u back later

then Kok Ping help me call back customer Kok Ping help me tell the customer saying they cannot get back the money by tomorrow only can get back only 1 week time only then some m0re i do not like working for china people very troublesome want haiz anyway gtg now hope i get rid of the virus in my lappy

haiz i getting abit angry and sad because i can tell by gary asking me to go up meaning he gonna transfer me up already and i really feel angry and sad about it because he can tell i cannot make it down here that why he keep asking me to go up and i really feel very sad that i have to transfer up because he feels that i cannot make it at all but for the rest i really do not know la sam also got tell me before also try to do your best as today i get scolding from Kok Ping saying the basic thing you also never do you should take down customer which day he/she want to go and how many adult or how many child.

Aiya i really do not know what to do now leh since i have to move up already i gonna feel boring because upstairs just answer phone call's only when it is totally boring lor, acutally Kok Ping Scolding me is i deserve it anyway because i really did not prepare the price before i do booking for customer so i really deserve it and some more Tracy told me that when Kok Ping come 1st day of work he never ask anyone at all.

even poly then krstyal also never ask anyone,around the peak season no one can help you want because they all are bsuy doing booking for customer and some more Kok Ping told me that he is not scolding me at all if i scold you i will not be happy one i scold customer i will be happy then i was like DOTZ he told me that he have fight wif gary before and gary know how is Kok Ping anger is like so i really do not know what to do should i do my best down here or should i go up and sit there and be bored the whole day. then now i really do not know la should i really stay down or up but i choice to stay down becuase i rather handle face to face customer better then now my hand is depend on my supervisor gary hopping he let me stay in the 1st floor becuase 1st floor is better then 3rd floor because 3rd floor is really really boring and i really don't like 3rd floor because 3rd fllor there is only answering phone call's and never really get any booking at all so i rather stay down stairs but i do not know gary will let me stay prayer that he let me stay down here.

oh just now i was looking at 987fm rap battle and i did not know they allow to use bad words at the battle and some more i was shocks there was so many bad words coming out of his words and today Kok Ping Got very angry because he just got a customer then suddenly the customer come back here how it goes

Customer:hey sorry arh can u cancel my booking becuase i do not want to go already

Kok Ping:****

Kok Ping: hey tracy can i void the money from visa

Peggy:can

Kok Ping:ok you help me do

then peggy took the visa card and refund back the money to the person

and i can tell from kok ping face is very angry when he was happy already then suddenly customer do not one to go already
